Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:00am- 3:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-1:00am
**Must be willing to work both shifts at times**
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $16.00/hour (days)
- Starting pay: $16.50/hour (afternoons)

Position Summary:
We are hiring General Laborers to support daily operations at a metals recycling facility. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment, including material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and sort scrap metal from moving conveyor lines
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and bobcats (as trained/assigned)
- Shovel materials and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Assist with basic maintenance of plant equipment
Schedule & Availability:
- Must be available to work either days or afternoons
- 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of a 10-hour shift
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
