- Collect, analyze, and report project data to monitor project health, identify trends, and track KPIs/timelines.
- Assist in creating project plans, documenting processes, and maintaining project records.
- Apply technical knowledge specific to OSP and ISP fiber builds to ensure key project milestones are met.
- Facilitate communication between the Project Manager, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues early and recommend proactive solutions.
- Guide, motivate, and manage one or more individuals to achieve project goals and objectives.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, an associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or equivalent role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and the ability to learn customer
- systems.
- Experience with GIS tools (Google Earth Pro, ESRI-based systems)
- Occasional travel required
- Routinely: Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally: Operate vehicle, climb stairs, stand, walk
