🚀 Hiring: Senior UX Designer (Okta End-User Dashboard)
📍 Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite)

We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to redesign and improve the Okta End-User Dashboard used by employees across a large enterprise.
What You'll Do
✅ Improve the employee dashboard experience
✅ Create user-friendly designs using Figma or Adobe XD
✅ Conduct user research and gather feedback
✅ Design wireframes, prototypes, and dashboard layouts
✅ Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Okta administrators
Required Experience
✔ 8 years of overall IT experience (10 preferred)
✔ 3 years of UX/UI Design experience
✔ 3 years designing Enterprise Portals, SaaS Applications, or Employee Dashboards
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD
✔ Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and dashboard design
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Nice to Have
⭐ Experience with Okta or Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments
