Required Skills: any state experience must
6 yrs conceptual/logical/physical data modeling (both application AND data warehouse this combo is the tricky part, most candidates only have one)
5 yrs ERWIN
5 yrs reverse-engineering data structures / metadata development
6 yrs Oracle PL/SQL
Nice to have: Human Services domain (state HHS/DCF/DHS type work)
