Key Requirements:
7 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
5 years of relevant AI/ML experience, including 2 years of hands-on LLM/GenAI model fine-tuning.
Strong hands-on experience in model building, reasoning models, and task-specific model fine-tuning.
Expertise in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), RLHF, RLVR, PPO, GRPO, and DPO.
Strong Python, Data Engineering, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering skills.
Experience with production-grade AI/ML architectures, deployment, and model evaluation.
Finance or Insurance domain experience preferred; other technology domains are also welcome.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
Role: Senior Engineer / Architect responsible for leading model fine-tuning initiatives and collaborating with an offshore development team.
