Key Responsibilities
- Execute the product roadmap by partnering with engineering and design to deliver high-quality enhancements.
- Champion user experience, ensuring polished, accessible, and intuitive UI/UX through close collaboration with design and research.
- Translate product vision into clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Align cross-functional teams (Ops, Client Success, Compliance) around shared goals and solutions.
- Contribute to strategic planning by identifying user needs, market trends, and internal feedback.
- Ensure feature quality through user testing, UAT, and rollout coordination.
- Communicate updates effectively across internal teams and external carrier stakeholders.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products.
- Proven success in cross-functional environments with strong execution skills.
- Experience shaping user experiences in partnership with design and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
- Comfort working with APIs and understanding technical systems at a high level.
- Knowledge of the life & annuity industry is a plus, but not required.
