Work Schedule and Travel:

- Dallas-based candidates: Required to work onsite two days per week.

- Atlanta-based candidates: Required to travel to the office for a few days once per month.

1st role: SAP S/4 FICO Consultant

We're looking for an experienced SAP FICO consultant to join our S4 implementation project in the design phase. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP FICO modules, including:

- Financial Accounting (FI)

- Controlling (CO)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Management

Responsibilities:

• Core team member of FICO workstream in the S/4HANA implementation, managing design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Conduct requirement workshops with finance and controlling stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Align financial processes with S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.) to ensure end-to-end business integration.
• Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security, Fiori) for custom developments and enhancements.
• Lead data migration and validation activities for finance-related master and transactional data.
• Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and provide end-user training and support during go-live and stabilization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights on process improvement and best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications, design documents, and test scripts.

- Provide expertise on SAP best practices and S4-specific features

- Solution designing and support experience in financial reporting, profitability reports and COPA, integration with MM, SD, PP modules asset accounting, and profit center accounting

- Gather requirements, perform analysis, writing functional specifications, designing and configuring system and, leading training, developing system documentation, and interface solutions

- Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops

- Work with third party to integrate S4 with the respective system (Banks, Concur, Cybersource, etc..)

- Managing full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling

- Strategizing data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA and executing Unit/Integration testing.

- Collaborate with the project team to design and configure SAP FICO processes

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify system requirements

- Develop functional specifications and design documents

- Support configuration and testing activities

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, including integration with SD/MM/PP
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong command over financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and cost management processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage large client engagements, and drive enterprise-level transformations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and consulting skills.

2nd role: Senior SAP S/4HANA ABAP Lead (Landscape/Transport Management)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Landscape Management: Act as the primary technical contact for N (ECC) and N 1 (S4) landscape strategy, ensuring smooth, automated transport movement.
• Code Synchronization: Perform retrospectives on code changes, identifying conflicts and retrofitting enhancements from the N track into the N 1 track using SAP solution manager tools like Revtrac.
• S/4HANA Development: Design and develop custom solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and Fiori, ensuring compliance with S/4HANA standards.
• Release Governance: Manage complex transport dependencies (retrofitting) to ensure that code deployed in the production environment is retrofitted into S4 environment timely and accurately
• Issue Resolution: Analyze, document, and resolve technical issues arising from differences between the two environments, ensuring high-quality, stable code.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Working with functional resources across various SAP modules to resolve object conflicts and document the details for audit and historical references

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in SPAU, SPDD adjustments
• Working experience with SAP Modification browser SMOD/CMOD
• SAP Object Comparison for 3-way Merge SAP original, Custom & New S4
• Identify Object conflicts and remediate automatic and manual reconciliations
• SAP ATC & Unicode checks
• Expertise in ABAP on HANA, including CDS views.
• Experience with S/4HANA Fiori, OData, BTP and Embedded Analytics.
• Extensive experience with Transport Organizer and Retrofit processes in Solution Manager.
• Experience working across different SAP Modules (SD, MM & FI)
• Extensive experience on BADIs, Enhancements & Code Mods.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP ABAP, with at least 5-6 years focusing on S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience in managing N & N 1 development landscapes in large-scale, multi-track projects.
• Excellent communication Skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
