Position Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects from contract through completion. This role leads project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, client communication, and field coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and to Ernst Brothers' quality standards.

- Execution: Projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the quality standards Ernst Brothers is known for
- Leadership & Ownership: Field personnel and trade partners are held accountable; the jobsite reflects a culture of professionalism and ownership
- Systems & Process: Daily logs, documentation, and field records are completed accurately and consistently in Procore
- Continuous Improvement: Field operations and jobsite performance are consistently evaluated and improved
Essential Job Functions & Key Tasks
Project Leadership
- Own assigned projects from contract through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
- Lead project planning and coordination meetings.
- Identify and resolve project risks before they impact schedule or budget.
Documentation & Systems
- Own project documentation within Procore.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, permits, and project records.
- Maintain commitments, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure company systems and SOPs are consistently followed.
Client & Team Leadership
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout construction.
- Lead project meetings and provide proactive project updates.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, Field Managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Build strong working relationships while maintaining accountability.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Review and approve commitments, invoices, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs and profitability.
- Manage procurement and long-lead material coordination.
Field Leadership
- Partner with Field Managers to drive successful project execution.
- Conduct routine project site visits.
- Support quality control and safety expectations.
- Lead project closeout and warranty transition.

Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, and budgets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred
- Luxury residential or commercial construction experience.
- Procore experience.
- Construction Management degree or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
- Walk active construction sites regularly.
- Climb ladders and stairs.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Travel between project locations.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
