$90,000 - $150,000 per annum commission benefits

THE ROLE:

* Drive new business development across OEMs, electronics manufacturers, IT asset managers, and recycling networks.
* Build and sustain high-value client relationships to secure long-term supply and recovery contracts.
* Identify and develop opportunities within the electronic waste and circular economy value chain.
* Partner with operations and leadership to influence commercial strategy at new and existing sites.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability forums.

THE PERSON:

* Proven track record in e-waste business development or sales within E-recycling, OEM, electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or related industries.
* Strong understanding of electronic waste regulations (e.g., WEEE, R2, e-Stewards) and sustainable supply chain practices.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to win new business and grow accounts.
* Self-starter who thrives in a greenfield, fast-scaling environment.
