Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician based in Texarkana, TX. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting field service operations, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. The technician will need to ensure all work complies with industry regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance skills
- Strong Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in Field Service operations
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to travel for field service
- Previous experience in petroleum equipment services is advantageous
