We are currently looking for Cable Technicians - great earning potential!
Eris Prime LLC handles day-to-day installations for the major cable TV companies across the U.S. We have a long track record in providing great customer service, friendly work atmosphere, and a knowledgeable technician base who can handle any job. We are looking to hire more qualified technicians who can provide a positive experience for our customers.
Job Description:
· Install, program, and calibrate cable equipment
· Verify TV, internet, and phone systems for correct functionality
· Troubleshoot cable wiring, splitter configuration, and cable plant levels
· Enhance customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service
· Ensure quality of each job is performed to company standard
· Notate installation, service, and repairs
· Educate customers on all services and equipment installed
Key Qualifications:
· Valid Driver’s License
· Must be able to lift 80lbs
· Can climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, kneel/sit/stand or bend for long periods of time
· Work a flexible schedule that might include evenings and weekends
· Able to work in all outdoor conditions
· Must be reliable and dependable
Related experience preferred:
Cable, satellite installation, wiring, security alarm installation, home theatre, electrical
