Erin’s Hope for Friends is seeking a dedicated and organized Program Manager to support and grow our mission of creating safe, social, and empowering spaces for teens, young adults, and adults who are neurodivergent. This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site, weekend, and work-from-home responsibilities, providing the perfect balance for someone who values flexibility while making a meaningful impact.
As Program Manager, you will help oversee e’s Club programs, coordinate staff and volunteers, manage scheduling and event logistics, and foster a welcoming environment for members and families. Weekends are a key part of this role, as you’ll be actively supporting programs that bring joy, connection, and community to every participant. Key Responsibilities
Member Intake and Onboarding
- Organize and manage monthly Open House events to welcome new families and introduce Erin’s Hope for Friends programs.
- Guide prospective members and parents through the intake process using the CRM system.
- Support families with event registration and participation.
- Maintain accurate member records and securely manage documentation.
Data & Systems Management
- Maintain up-to-date member and attendance data within the CRM system.
- Run membership and participation reports to support program planning and evaluation.
- Ensure data integrity and accessibility for staff communication and reporting needs.
Program Coordination & Member Support
- Develop and maintain a quarterly calendar of events; manage scheduling and logistics in the CRM system.
- Prepare activity materials, manage virtual programming via Zoom, and communicate event updates to families.
- Oversee in-person programs, addressing issues as needed and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment.
- Launch and manage a Peer Ambassador program to foster connection and engagement among members.
Volunteer & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Serve as primary contact for NCL, YMSL, KSU GivePulse, and other volunteer organizations.
- Monitor performance, manage payroll scheduling through When I Work, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure appreciation is provided.
- Manage supply needs for programs.
Program Planning & Partnerships
- Plan and coordinate outings and special activities for young adult and adult programs, managing related budgets. May utilize support from Events and Membership Committees; a liaison will be assigned.
- Teaming with the Executive Director, collaborate with community partners and represent Erin’s Hope for Friends at outreach events, schools, and local initiatives.
Facility Oversight
• Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and well-supplied; maintain inventory and oversee general upkeep.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in social services, education, nonprofit management, event planning or a related field.
- Demonstrated general experience working with teens, young adults, and adults on the spectrum/neurodivergent, program coordination, volunteer management, and community engagement.
- Strong communication. Outgoing personality. Proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Organized.

Work Environment
The Program Director will work on-site at the Erin’s Hope for Friends e’Club located in Woodstock, GA, work-from-home and at community locations as needed. Some evening or weekend hours will be required. Managing staff is key.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with staff, volunteers, members, parents, and community partners to fulfill the organization’s mission.
Salary & Schedule
- $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- 20–30 hours/week (Hybrid Weekends Required)
