The Resort at Erie Landing is an ideal RV resort and marina located on the Portage River near Lake Erie. We offer much more than upscale RV sites. Set on 375 spectacular acres along the scenic shores and islands of Ohio’s north coast, our resort gives guests the chance to enjoy beautifully maintained grounds, waterways, and a variety of activities.
At Erie Landing, we combine the fun and convenience of camping with the amenities of a resort vacation. Our seasonal campers return year after year to their home away from home, and we take pride in creating an enjoyable and memorable guest experience.
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic Front Desk team. This is a vital guest-facing role and serves as the first point of contact for our guests and campers, so professionalism, a welcoming attitude, and strong customer service skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong time management and multitasking abilities and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Weekend availability is required. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not required. This is a SEASONAL position.
