The Resort at Erie Landing is an upscale RV resort and marina located on the Portage River near Lake Erie. Set on 375 scenic acres along the shores and islands of Ohio’s north coast, we offer more than just RV sites—guests enjoy manicured grounds, waterways, activities, and the convenience of camping with resort-style amenities. Our seasonal campers return year after year, and we’re proud to be part of what makes their “home away from home” feel welcoming and well maintained.

We’re currently hiring detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our seasonal maintenance team. This is a key role in keeping our property safe, functional, and guest-ready throughout the season.

This is a seasonal position.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in cabins, restrooms, and common areas
• Support groundskeeping needs, including mowing, trimming, and basic landscaping
• Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory management
• Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs (as needed)
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues in a timely, professional way
• Provide great customer service and help address guest concerns
• Work closely with the team and assist with special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• General maintenance knowledge is preferred, but not required
• Willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (or willing to learn)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things the right way
• Must be able to work weekends
• Team-first mindset — we work with an “all-in” attitude: if you need help, ask; if someone needs help, jump in
