EIP is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, hands-on HR Generalist to help support our expanding manufacturing team of 65 employees. This role is perfect for someone who likes variety in their day, enjoys working directly with people, and thrives in a fast-paced job shop environment where no two days are exactly the same.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our HR Generalist, you’ll be a key part of helping employees and leaders succeed by:
1-Recruiting and onboarding new team members
2-Assisting with training, events, performance management, and employee development
3-Supporting payroll, attendance, benefits, and HR administration
4-Partnering with supervisors and employees on the production floor
5-Helping maintain a positive, respectful, and accountable culture
6-Ensuring HR practices remain compliant and organized
This is not a “sit behind a desk all day” HR role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and engaged with employees throughout the facility.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of HR experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a job shop or production environment is a plus
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable balancing employee advocacy with business needs
- Positive attitude and teamfirst mindset
