VARIOUS SHIFTS WORKING 1-1 WITH CLIENTS IN THE COMMUNITY – WEEKDAYS, EVENINGS and/or WEEKENDS
PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME DIRECT CARE (DSP) POSITIONS
- Work 1-1 or with a small group in the individual’s home or in the community.
- Schedules may vary.
- The employee uses their own vehicle to transport individuals. Mileage reimbursement, $0.65/mile.
BENEFITS DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS (DSP):
- $.50 PER HOUR INCREASE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT
- ALL POSITIONS ELIGIBLE FOR MATCHING 401K
- 30 HPW OR GREATER POSITIONS OFFERED VISION NO COST, MEDICAL $15 PER PAY
- 37.5 HPW AND GREATER POSITIONS ALSO ARE OFFERED DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE AT NO COST
- EXCELLENT PTO AND SICK TIME BENEFITS AVAILABLE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT
- HOLIDAY TIME AFTER 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT
- PAID TRAINING
