Shop and Field Coordinator

Are you a self-starter with a passion for organization and teamwork? Erickson Outdoor Lighting, a family-owned landscape lighting company, is looking for a dedicated Shop & Field Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! Position available as FT or PT, with required start time of 7:30 a.m., with flexible end time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive and reactive coordination of all field personnel
• Oversees daily project schedule, ensuring field crews have the necessary materials and equipment for each project
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
• Provide support and troubleshooting for on-site issues
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets Erickson Outdoor Lighting standards
• Review completed project folders and daily project notes for accuracy and completeness
• Lead weekly shop meetings
• Conduct safety and training sessions
• Manage inventory levels of lighting components and tools, coordinating with the purchasing department to maintain adequate stock
• Schedule and coordinate fleet maintenance
• Maintain shop interior and exterior in a clean and orderly manner
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Maintain open and positive communication with employees, office personnel, and management

Qualifications:

• Work experience in the landscaping or irrigation industry highly preferred
• Proficient with power and hand tools; familiarity with online scheduling software (i.e. Housecall Pro)
• Experience with inventory management is a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and teamwork
