What will you do?
- Assist with Non-Profit Volunteer scheduling, tracking, donation reporting
- Maintain records of trainings, attendance, and seniority as applicable
- Check in staff and volunteers on Game Days
- Assist with Game Day Orders and Transfers
- Enter Invoices as needed
- Composes, transcribes, and types correspondence, memos, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork
- Proofreads memos, agreements, letters, reports, spreadsheets, and invoices
- Makes copies and assists with the printing of signs and name badges
- Enters data for sales reports, departmental financial reports, inventory tracking etc.
- Assists with Concessions/Commissary duties as assigned
- Utilizes desktop publications, graphics and computer software to create and print a variety of materials
- Collaborate with the Guest Path team to improve the overall customer experience and support employee training and recognition efforts.
- Oversee game day operations in Blaine for MNUFC2 matches, including setup, inventory, cashiering, breakdown, and post event reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical requirements
- Regularly required to sit in front of a computer
- Manual dexterity sufficient for typing duties
- Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish required reports and computer system
- Occasional bending, reaching, climbing on step stool, lifting
- Occasional lifting and carrying, up to 40 lbs
- Occasional pulling/pushing of carts
- Frequent exposure to, and utilization of, computer equipment
