Role Description The Low Voltage Landscape Lighting Installer/Tech is a full-time, on-site role located in Silver Lake, MN. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage landscape lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include laying and connecting wiring, positioning and mounting fixtures, testing and adjusting lighting for optimal effect, and ensuring work sites are clean and safe. The installer/tech will read and follow layout plans, operate hand and power tools, perform basic diagnostics on electrical components, and communicate with supervisors and clients regarding project progress. The position also includes routine inspections of existing systems, minor landscape restoration around work areas, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
· Experience with irrigation, landscaping, or low-voltage electrical preferred, but not required (training provided by EOL)
· Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools (all tools will be provided by EOL)
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication skills
· Willing to work in various locations and weather conditions
· A valid driver's license
