Description
- Perform takeoffs and prepare door options based on project requirements
- Manage redlines and revisions in coordination with lots in progress
- Update walks and documentation as provided by Superintendents
- Create and maintain both custom and model options for projects
- Prepare mini plans and print plans as needed to support ongoing projects
- Assist the front office and field Superintendents in resolving discrepancies or conflicts in project details
- Complete general data entry, documentation, and office-related responsibilities as required
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 previous experience in estimating, construction, or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficiency in data entry, document management, and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
