Job Summary

Erickson Asphalt Services is hiring an Entry Level Concrete Laborer/Finisher to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the crew with preparing, placing, and finishing concrete for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone to expand their finishing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Ensure finished product meets quality standards and specifications
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Support finishing work including edging, brooming, and cleanup
• Prepare and clean job sites before and after concrete work
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness on job sites
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Complete tasks assigned by foremen and management

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work long hours, overtime, and some weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 1 Year of Concrete Finishing Experience

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous construction or concrete experience
• CDL Class A or B
• Experience operating equipment such as skid loaders
