CDL Class A Driver/ Laborer

Job Summary

Erickson Asphalt Services is hiring a part time CDL Driver (Class A) to support our paving and prep crew in the north metro area. This role involves hauling materials and equipment to job sites while working closely with the crew to keep projects running efficiently. Paving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submit reports
• Safely operate trucks and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
• Haul materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions and follow crew signals
• Ensure loads are properly secured and compliant with regulations
• Collect and submit load tickets daily
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Assist crew with laboring and complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to work long hours and some weekends
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and strong work ethic
• Dump truck experience preferred, but not required
• Paving experience preferred
• Part Time - 20-40 hours/week
