Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Construction and Maintenance Technician, where your expertise will be used to upkeep, repairs, and remodeling in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for ensuring safety standards are met, and projects are completed on time. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Remodel including, framing, plumbing, Painting, cabinets and trim, maintenance and repairs , including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural components.
- facilities maintenance projects, including residential painting and general renovations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all Construction/maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or construction roles , electrical, Plumbing,mechanical skills a plus
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus

Pay: $9.00 - $20.00 per hour
