You'll have the opportunity to lead one of our best-in-class stores and will also become an expert in footwear and foot health. About The Role

What We Offer Our Employees
- Training rate of $18.00 per hour
- Upon completion of training, employees convert to 12% commissions on net personal sales with no cap on earnings.
- Guaranteed hourly rate for this position.

- Full-time position (above 30 hours per week)
- Part-time position (below 30 hours per week, flexible scheduling)
- Opening and closing duties
- Store merchandising
- Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
- Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary
- Inventory management
- Processing and reporting sales transactions
- Assist the manager with employee training and development.
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.
- Work experience includes previous fashion retail and cash handling experience
