We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive clarity, structure, and autonomy across creative, product, and marketing initiatives. This isn’t just about task-tracking — it’s about architecting smart, scalable processes that move fast and run themselves. You’ll work cross-functionally with brand, digital, e-commerce, product development, and sales to lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution. You may also help transition our organization to a new PM platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution across creative, product, and marketing.
- Build scalable systems and processes that support team autonomy and reduce friction.
- Translate strategy into executable, trackable plans with clear timelines and accountability.
- Guide internal and external teams through tool transitions, process shifts, and change management.
- Identify and implement AI or automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Track KPIs, risks, and milestones, keeping leadership informed and teams focused.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
- Maintain budget discipline and resource optimization.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in creative, marketing, or product project management.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing complex cross-functional workflows.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder across disciplines.
- Deep knowledge of project management systems (Workfront, Asana, Jira, etc.).
- Experience in platform/tool migration is a big plus.
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification a bonus, but not required.
- Expert knowledge of creative and product development cycles.
- Consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: In-office 3 days/week
