We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with experience and knowledge with computers, accounting/computer software, Microsoft programs (excel & word), inventories. Experience in Office Accounting, at least 2 years & Bilingual.
Work Tasks:
-Answering Phone
-Filing
-In putting Data into our accounting system
-Assistance in the Accounting Department
-Bank reconciliations
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hourly Pay $16.00 (to start) -16.50
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
