- Translate Erdman and customer specifications into robust PLC/HMI/robot programs
- Engineer safety circuits with a safety PLC and conduct risk assessments, applying appropriate safety devices
- Select components and produce clear documentation for diverse automated equipment
- Own electrical and pneumatic design; perform machine PLC programming, debugging, and customer run‑off certification
- Travel roughly 25% for installation and startup at customer facilities
Tools you’ll wield
- PLC, HMI, robots, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics
- AutoCAD for controls design
