What You’ll Do
As a Program Coordinator II, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for complex client situations. You’ll onboard new clients, conduct in-home assessments, and represent Eras at community events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, thinking strategically, and creating positive change.
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Answer client calls and process service requests
✔ Conduct eligibility screenings and in-home assessments (including challenging cases)
✔ Provide referrals and follow up on client concerns
✔ Supervise and train volunteers and interns
✔ Attend community events and represent Eras at meetings
✔ Complete administrative tasks and database projects
What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
- 3 years of experience working with older adults or adults with disabilities
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook)
