ERA Key Realty Services is seeking an Administrative Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Boston (Dorchester) office. The role combines sales management, growth, and office operations, and reports directly to senior leadership. This role is responsible for how the office performs - the training agents receive, the systems they use, the standards they are held to, and the results they produce.
It is well suited to an experienced agent who wants to move from individual production into brokerage management and operations. Candidates who have led a team, mentored newer agents, or taken on administrative responsibility beyond their own transactions tend to be strong fits. Compensation is a base salary between $ 65,000 and $ 70,000 plus recruiting bonus opportunities.

Qualifications
Required
• Active Massachusetts real estate salesperson or broker license (broker preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in residential real estate as a producing agent, team leader, transaction coordinator, or in brokerage operations
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to a group
Preferred
• Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising agents
• Experience administering company policy or compliance standards
