About the Role


We’re seeking a motivated, energetic Junior Salesperson / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Lehi, Utah. This role is ideal for someone who’s early in their sales career, excited to make outbound calls, and eager to grow their skills in both sales development and business outreach.


As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through telemarketing, outbound outreach, and strategic follow-up. You’ll work closely with our Marketing department to align sales outreach with active digital marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging, timing, and lead follow-up are coordinated and effective.

Key Responsibilities


· Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective customers.

· Qualify leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and inbound interest.

· Coordinate outreach efforts with the Marketing team to ensure unified campaign execution.

· Maintain accurate and organized notes in the CRM system.

· Set appointments, schedule demos, and hand off opportunities to senior consultants as needed.

· Follow up on warm leads and nurture early-stage prospects.

· Assist in identifying new target markets, prospects, and outreach opportunities.

· Hit and exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline goals.


Qualifications


Required:


· Strong verbal communication skills and comfort level making outbound calls.

· Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), or willingness to learn.

· Enthusiasm, resilience, and a proactive attitude.

Preferred:

· 2-4 years of sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.

· Familiarity with digital marketing concepts or working with Marketing teams.

· Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
