Job Title: Office Coordinator – Flooring Operations & Quality Assurance
Location: Kent, WA
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our office team and support both administrative operations and quality assurance efforts.
Position Overview:
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, with a focus on learning and utilizing RollMaster software. This position will also assist in coordinating and tracking flooring installations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting quality control processes to ensure completed work meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and become proficient in RollMaster software for job estimates, invoicing, and documentation
• Assist with entering and managing project data, work orders, and customer information
• Coordinate with installation teams to track job progress and completion
• Perform administrative support tasks including filing, data entry, and communication with clients and vendors
• Support quality assurance processes by reviewing completed flooring installations for accuracy and completeness
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies found during quality checks
• Help maintain organized records of inspections, materials, and project outcomes
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely resolution of any installation concerns
Qualifications:
• Valid Drivers License
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new software (RollMaster experience is a plus, but not required)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in construction, flooring, or home improvement industries
• Familiarity with scheduling or project management systems
• Quality control or inspection experience
