Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Develop work processes, new hire training plans, schedules, and workflows to meet program performance benchmarks.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Conduct mid-year review and annual performance evaluations, provide coaching, and monthly scorecards to employees.
- Monitor program productivity and effectiveness, implementing adjustments and corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Conducts weekly team meetings to support staff coordination and performance
- Actively participates in monthly regional meetings to align with organizational objectives
- Maintains consistent, transparent, and effective communication with staff and peers
- Reviews and evaluates comprehensive service plans to ensure quality and compliance
- Oversees TDS staff to ensure participants’ progress is effectively monitored toward achieving self-sufficiency goals
- Performs additional duties as assigned in support of program operations
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management and organization skills
- Ability to work with culturally diverse population
- Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
