Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret patient and customer needs and requirements
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests, issues, and clinical concerns
- Solve moderately complex problems and conduct detailed clinical analyses
- Work independently with minimal guidance while escalating only the most complex matters
- Translate clinical concepts and procedures into day-to-day practice
- Provide explanations, support, and guidance to patients, staff, and team members on challenging issues
- Coach and mentor less experienced staff members while providing constructive feedback
- Serve as a clinical resource to peers and support overall team success

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current BLS Certification
- 1 years of recent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting
- 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse OR 2 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a related practice area
