Open Enrollment Specialist

🚨 Now Hiring: Presentation Specialists, for Open Enrollment Initiatives @ Health Fairs, Benefit Fairs, and Community Events 🚨

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and making a difference? We're looking for energetic Presentation Specialists to participate at federal agency events, health fairs, retirement seminars, benefits fairs, and Open Enrollment Seasonal events.

In this role, you'll:

✅ Educate federal employees, retirees, and postal employees on FEHB, PSHB, and FEDVIP medical, dental, and vision benefits. (Training Provided)

✅ Represent one of the nation's leading healthcare organizations at in-person events.

✅ Deliver presentations, answer benefit questions, and provide exceptional customer support.

✅ Travel throughout your assigned territory while building meaningful relationships in the community.

✅ Virtual training will be provided with a high-performing team.

📍 2026 Coverage Areas Include:

•Washington - Seattle

•Florida - Orlando, Tampa Bay & South Florida

•Arizona - Tucson

(Additional locations may be added based on business needs.)

We're looking for candidates with strong communication and public speaking skills, a customer-first mindset, flexibility to travel, and the ability to work independently. Experience in healthcare, insurance, customer service, education, sales, public outreach, or event management is a plus—but we're also interested in professionals with transferable skills and a passion for helping others.

Timeline:

•Start Date: September 1st

•Training; Early September

•Contract Duration: Through the conclusion of Federal Open Enrollment season
