Fabricator I

Introduction:

The Fabricator I position is responsible for the fabrication of commercial aluminum doors and frames, utilizing industrial tools such as saws, CNC machines, and MIG welders at the Houston, TX Service Center.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring aluminum extrusions for fabrication
• Assembling cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames
• Inspecting incoming materials and checking against orders
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Producing high-quality products with attention to detail
• Meeting internal schedules to deliver orders on time to customers
• Following directions from managers and leads
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of fabrication or construction experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using power tools, including electrical, hydraulic, and air-powered machines
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
