What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Equity Property Management, LLC?
Busy property Management Company looking for a full-time cleaning person for a multi-site apartment community located in Mishawka, IN. Responsible for cleaning apartments after maintenance completes turns. Cleaning experience is preferred. The Cleaner will report to the Property Manager.
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Pick up trash from the grounds
- Sweep the entryway to the front door.
- Wipe down the front door and glass side lights and light fixtures.
- Wipe down all horizontal surfaces in the public hallways (radiators, rails, ledges, etc.)
- Vacuum carpet.
- Clean appliances and windows.
- Clean bathrooms and bedrooms.
- Sweep, and mop as appropriate, tiled surfaces.
- Replace burned light bulbs.
- Report damaged or dirty apartment doors to the management office.
- Report loose rails or steps in stairs to the maintenance/management office.
- Report any other unsafe condition to the maintenance/management office.
- Remove excess mail from the mailbox area.
