Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming to maintain the appearance of floors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
Qualifications
- Two years of previous professional experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and company.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is required.
- Must have and provide all cleaning supplies and vacuums.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Must be comfortable with simple smart phone communication applications.
- Must provide own transportation.
