You’ll be responsible for managing the receipt, audit, correction, and delivery of final mortgage documents while ensuring investor, agency, and regulatory compliance. \n- Receive, review, and audit final mortgage documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, resolve, and clear documentation discrepancies and deficiencies.
- Coordinate with title companies, settlement agents, and county recorders for corrections or re-recordings.
- Manifest, ship, digitize, and upload final documents to investors and custodians within required timeframes.
- Maintain compliance with GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, investors, and external partners regarding document requests and corrections.
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in post closing or mortgage document processing preferred.
- Working knowledge of GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac final document requirements.
- Experience with Encompass LOS and investor portals strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
