Document Quality Control Specialist

ENERCON Federal Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Quality and Control Specialist to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the compliance and consistency of documents, ensuring they meet the quality assurance requirements set forth by the project plan. As a key part of the project team, you will also manage document control processes and perform technical editing as needed to support quality and operational excellence.

In this role, you're the quality champion behind the scenes-ensuring every document is clear, accurate, and on time. From collaborating with teams to refining systems, your work keeps projects sharp, compliant, and moving forward.

• Review & Verify Documents: Manage all documents ensuring to checkfor completeness, formatting, and consistency with project requirements
• Collaborate: Work with internal teams to correct any errors/omissions and improve document quality
• Document Control: Monitor document workflows and approval processes ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Perform Technical Editing: Act as the editor fordocuments as needed to ensure clarity and consistency
• Review: Monitor QA forms to ensure they are complete and correct, consistent with quality program requirements
• Recommend & Implement: Develop and help to implementimprovements to document control systems
• Ensure Compliance: Verify all documents follow internal project documentation standards and quality program requirements #LI-SH7

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with information systems such as SharePoint
• Understanding of project documentation standards and quality program requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in a project-driven environment (e.g., engineering, construction) preferred
• Familiarity of quality management systems and standards, preferably NQA-1 preferred
• Knowledge of BlueBeam and Adobe Acrobat preferred

When salary range is listed it reflects typical compensation for this role based on level and location. Actual pay depends on experience, skills, and education.
