What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Process Server position at Equity Management, Inc?
Equity Management Inc's Process Servers travel to residences and businesses in Western Montana to hand deliver legal documents to parties in civil court cases.
Company vehicle and tools of the trade are provided.
Training and assistance with obtaining Process Server license are also included.Qualifications: Must be a US citizen, a Montana resident for at lease one year immediately preceding application, and have no felony convictions.
Applicant must be able to pass a Montana Department of Justice criminal fingerprint background check.
Applicant must be organized and able to work independently, must be comfortable approaching others and able to communicate orally and in writing, and must have experience with Windows 11.
Applicant must also have a clean driving record, be able to move freely, and have the ability to lift 20 lbs without difficulty.EMI Process Servers generally work 4 10-hour shifts.
Applicant must have availability to vary schedule from mornings to evenings depending on company needs.
