ELS is hiring for the position of Administrator - Membership Contracts in Plano, Texas.
What you’ll do:
The Membership Contracts Administrator provides sales and property information and support to potential and existing customers.
Your job will include:
- Act as a customer support liaison.
- Quote pricing to prospective customers.
- Answer potential customer questions and requests for schedules and pricing through written correspondence and telephone contact.
- Analyze plans and related customer documents to prepare worksheets for cost accounting.
- Collect, analyze and summarize sales information to prepare reports, quotes and warranty explanations.
- Visit customers to maintain familiarity with accounts and resolve sales, property and/or contract issues.
- Process incoming inquiries.
Experience & skills you’ll need:
- High school diploma, or the equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytic and project management skills.
- Strong communications and collaboration skills.
