Shaping Impact: Your Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare sales and purchase contracts
- Negotiate contract terms with internal teams and external partners
- Review, update, and manage existing contracts
- Clearly explain contract terms and conditions to managers and stakeholders
- Ensure employee understanding and adherence to contractual obligations
- Analyze potential risks associated with specific contract provisions
- Stay informed about legislative changes and collaborate with the legal department as needed
- Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of contractual deadlines and conditions
- Maintain organized records of physical and digital contract documents
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or similar role
- Legal training or qualifications
- Strong knowledge of legal standards and contract law
- Familiarity with accounting procedures and financial considerations
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels, from staff to senior management and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; additional qualifications in business administration or relevant fields are a plus
