ELS is hiring for the position of Landscaper in Cathedral City, California.

What You’ll Do

The Landscaper handles the maintenance of lawn equipment and partners with the maintenance staff to ensure that the property meets the company’s landscaping standards.

Your Job Will Include

• Maintain grounds and common areas and remove all trash and debris.
• Mow and trim lawns, sites and bushes.
• Monitor and control inventory and/or supplies.
• Report landscaping concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
  
  

Experience & Skills You’ll Need

• 1 year of landscaping experience.
• Familiarity with mowers, weed-whackers and other trimming equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Compensation For This Position In The States Of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT And WA Is

Bi-Weekly Salary: $20.00 - $21.50

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
