What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you’ll play a big role in making their stay special. Every interaction is a chance to make someone’s day brighter.
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly check-in and check-out process.
- Serve as the campground’s information hub—answer questions, provide directions, and share local tips.
- Handle payments, deposits, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Run daily reports, file maintenance requests, and help keep office operations organized.
- Communicate regularly with your Property Manager and teammates to ensure smooth coordination.
- Help resolve guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a smile.
- Support special events, activities, and other duties as needed to enhance the guest experience.
We’re looking for someone who’s approachable, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a lively environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new software systems.
- A team‑oriented mindset and a genuine desire to make each guest feel welcome.
- Weekends and holidays required throughout the season.
