Loan Officer Assistant (In-Office) – Growth Opportunity into Licensed Loan Officer

This role is a Loan Officer Assistant position designed for someone who wants to grow into a licensed Loan Officer in a short period of time.
You won’t just be supporting files—you’ll be learning the business, working directly with clients, and building the foundation to produce your own deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing a pipeline of loans from application to clear-to-close
• Communicating with clients to collect and organize documents
• Assisting in structuring deals and solving problems within files
• Helping clients improve their financial situation through refinance solutions
Training & Development
• Hands-on training as a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA)
• Learn how to structure deals, review files, and communicate with clients
• In-house SAFE exam training program
• Support to help you get licensed in under 30 days
