The Loan Quality Review team is responsible for the post-closing review and verification of all loan types including consumer, commercial, and agricultural loans. The team builds all ticklers and exceptions on our tracking software (Baker Hill). The Quality Review team is a part of the Bank's Loan Operations department. A successful candidate in this role will have experience using Microsoft Office products, attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to communicate issues and solutions and work with individuals at all levels of the business, be a team player, and be proactive with good problem-solving skills.

Primary:
Responsible for following all aspects of Bank Policy’s including but not limited to, Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, and Bank Secrecy Act, and completing all required Compliance Course work.

Responsibilities And Expectations
Primary:
- Supervise Quality Review Team including timecards, team meetings, and production monitoring
- Collaborate with Quality Review Manager on employee development, training, and engagement
- Be a Baker Hill Point Person
- Produce Monthly Officer Percentage Report and Weekly Baker Hill Reports
- Handle Pre-Ag notifications
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Assist team in handling exception clearing
- Check in mail, review imaged documentation, and build files
- Post-Close review of all loan types and verify input on core system
- Responsible for overseeing Collateral Vault
- Handle UCC continuations
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of banking experience required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
- Computer skills, especially the ability to work in Windows based systems
