Responsibilities And Expectations
- Loan Quality Review Team Tasks, including post close review of all loan types including consumer, commercial, and Agricultural loans
- Build loan exceptions in our loan exception tracking system
- Working to continually develop and improve internal procedures
- Assist collateral reviews and audits
- Assist in activities related to file management; document scanning, file building, exception clearing and vault filing & audits
- Exhibit exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Required Skills & Education
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in banking or finance related industry preferred
- Communication skills
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible
- Organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment as well independently
