Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Private Equity Associate/Intern based in Plano, TX. The role involves financial modeling, conducting in-depth due diligence, analyzing investment opportunities, and supporting the management of private equity transactions. The individual will also assist with market research, portfolio strategy, and deal execution to support the firm’s objectives in commercial real estate acquisition and investment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and advanced financial analysis
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, property performance, and investment risks
- Knowledge and experience in Investments and Private Equity
- Due Diligence expertise with the ability to assess property-specific and market-wide data
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or private equity is a plus
