Equitable is looking for a Producer Assistant to join our Roanoke, VA team. The Producer Assistant will assist with developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the clients, focusing solely on the assigned Advisor’s clients. This position reports to the assigned Advisor(s) directly.
What You’ll Be Doing
The base salary for this position is $50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases and spot bonuses. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

- Open office hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with RingCentral coverage
- Welcome area and client concierge station ownership
- Conference room, kitchen, and bathroom management
- Stable internet monitoring and escalation
- PTO awareness, communication, and cross-coverage planning
- Office paper clipping (current & weekly)
- Notary process
- Incoming and outbound calls
- Supply management
- Client appointment confirmations (as requested)
- Review packet preparation (as requested)
- Salesforce data entry, logging, and documentation
- Greeting card management
- Client gifting and recognition
- Seminar planning, approvals, and event management
- Pinpoint processing
- Ad Trax processing
- Check and mail processing

What You Will Bring
- Associate Degree or 2 years professional work experience in office environment as Administrative Assistant role
- Detail oriented and organized
- Able to prioritize workflow and good communication skills
- Incumbent will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to Producer Group
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Proven Success juggling multiple priorities in a heavy workload environment
