Responsibilities
- Support sales operations and office workflows to help the team move quickly and serve customers effectively.
- Respond to inbound inquires via email and phone.
- Follow up with customers and qualify sales opportunities.
- Learn how to prepare quotes and provide product information.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business and follow up on quotations.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop knowledge of our products and services through on the job training.
- Collaborate with sales team to support active accounts.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Electrical Technologies or equivalent of 2-3 years inside sales experience within an industrial/electrical controls environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic computer skills
- Organized, reliable and able to manage follow ups.
- Salary based on experience.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
